By using the Sendico platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please discontinue use of our platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User", "you") and Sendico LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Sendico", "we", "our"). By registering on the platform or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

Sendico provides a B2B platform for mass payouts, allowing companies to make payments to freelancers and remote employees in more than 150 countries worldwide. The platform supports both fiat and cryptocurrency payments. Our services include: - Creation and processing of mass payouts - Integration with various payment systems - Automatic document generation - API for integration with your systems - Support for multiple currencies and payment methods - Tools for managing payment recipients We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

To use the platform, you must register an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all actions taken using your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. When registering, you agree to: - Provide accurate, current and complete information - Keep your data up to date - Ensure the security of your password and account - Not transfer access to your account to third parties - Use the platform only for lawful purposes You must be an authorized representative of a legal entity to register a corporate account.

All payments are processed through our secure payment system. Transaction fees apply in accordance with our price list. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes and fees. Fees and charges: - Fees are set depending on transaction volume, payment direction and payment method - Current information about fees is available on our website and in your personal account - We reserve the right to change the amount of fees with 30 days notice - All fees are stated excluding VAT, if applicable You warrant that you have the legal right to dispose of the funds used for payments through the platform.

You agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) laws and know your customer (KYC) procedures. You agree to: - Not use the platform for illegal activities - Comply with all applicable sanctions and export restrictions - Provide accurate information during verification - Promptly update documents upon request - Cooperate with us on compliance matters We reserve the right to request additional information to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

We take the protection of your personal data seriously. Detailed information on how we collect, use and protect your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use modern encryption technologies and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction.

All intellectual property rights to the platform, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks and content, belong to Sendico. You may not copy, modify or distribute any materials without our written permission. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your internal business purposes. This license automatically terminates upon violation of these Terms. You retain rights to the data and content you upload to the platform, but grant us a license to use this data to provide our services.

Sendico is not liable for any indirect, incidental or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for using the services for the last 12 months. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the platform or the absence of errors. We are not responsible for: - Actions or inaction of third parties, including payment systems - Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control - Data loss due to technical failures - Losses related to unauthorized access to your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in fraudulent activity. Grounds for termination of access include: - Violation of these Terms of Use - Providing false information - Suspected fraudulent activity - Non-payment of fees or charges - Request from regulatory authorities You may discontinue use of the platform at any time by contacting our support service. Upon termination, you are obligated to pay all outstanding fees and charges.

We may periodically update these Terms of Use. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are made means your acceptance of the new terms. The effective date of changes will be indicated at the top of the document. We recommend regularly checking these Terms for updates.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Moscow. In case of disputes, the parties undertake to first attempt to resolve them through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may go to court.
